— Production Transparency

Closed-line manufacturing. Batch-tested. Full traceability.

From citrus intake to cold-chain despatch — every stage is in-house, documented, and repeatable. No middlemen. No variance.

/ From Intake to Despatch

Three controlled stages. Zero hand-offs.

Stage 03

Citrus Intake and Grading

Closed-Line Extraction

Cold-Chain Filling and Despatch

Concentrate is filled under temperature-controlled conditions and palletised for cold-chain despatch. Chain-of-custody documentation ships with every order.

Fruit arrives at the facility and is graded for Brix and moisture within the hour. Substandard batches are rejected at intake — not downstream.

Extraction and concentration run through a sealed stainless steel line. No open-air exposure, no manual contact. Batch identity is maintained throughout.

+ In-House QA Protocol

Tested at intake, mid-process, and pre-despatch.

Intake Testing

Mid-Process Monitoring

Pre-Despatch Release

Brix, pH, and microbial load checked on every incoming consignment before the line accepts the fruit.

In-line sensors log temperature and concentration continuously. Deviation beyond tolerance halts the batch automatically.

Retain samples held for 90 days. Certificate of Analysis issued per batch — available to buyers on request.

See the facility. Verify the process yourself.

Procurement teams are welcome to audit the production floor. Walk the line, review batch records, and make the supply decision on verified evidence.
